About Colors:

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to the challenges of displaying colors online. Colors often appear darker on most PCs and brighter on most Macs. Since each product is individually dyed, expect up to a 10% difference in shade. As Nepal’s only online store with the Chyangra Pashmina trademark, Pashminas Nepal offers the clearest and widest range of colors—nearly 350 online shades and more than 400 colors are available from our thread sample kit with color codes—so you can choose exactly what you want, even for a single Pure Cashmere piece. Some colors on our website may not perfectly match what you see on your computer screen. If you’re unsure, we recommend contacting us about the color or placing a sample order with one or two products to receive our free Thread Sample Kit before making a full purchase. We can’t take responsibility for any color differences, as we dye based on our original Thread Sample Kit, not what appears on your screen. That’s why we strongly suggest getting our sample kit before placing your final order.

NOTE: Some colors may appear black, but their true shade is dark blue, such as 54D, 54DD, 90D, and similar. The actual product color might vary slightly due to the photographic effects of the thread sample kit used in our photos.

Thread Sample Kit:

Once you have our color chart from your first order, you’ll choose colors from our Thread Sample Kit for future orders. The kit and website are the same, but slight color differences may appear depending on whether you use a PC or Mac. Keep in mind, our color chart samples are made with 100% Viscose Thread, so they may look shinier or brighter than Cashmere products, which don’t shine at all. Cashmere items are dyed using 100% Pure Cashmere Yarn, blends with silk, or different plys, which can cause variations in shade. Since everything is completely hand-dyed, minor color differences may occur, but we’ve done our best to represent them as accurately as possible.

Please note that you should choose a color code between #1-LL and #406; multi-color orders from #504 to #693 are not accepted. This book may fade if its pages are exposed to natural sunlight for extended periods, especially in brighter shades. For accurate shade matching or comparison, replace the book with a new one, or as soon as the colors begin to fade, whichever comes first.

We use colors dyed with SWISS Dyes, including Lanasyn and Sandolan from Clariant (Swiss) Ltd., as well as Lanacorn and Lanaset from Ciba Geiye (Swiss) Ltd., ensuring AZO-free and high-fastness colors. These dyes are made using both MF and 1:2 Metal Complex processes and are well-known for their eco-friendliness and exceptional color quality.
