Delivery Time Frame:
We offer a variety of nearly 350 online shades, including Black, Kora, and White, even for single-piece orders, and more than 400 colors are available from our thread sample kit. We ensure you get the colors of your choice, reflecting our dedication to customer satisfaction.
For non-commercial orders like gifts, samples, or personal use, we complete and ship orders within 4 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. Shipping is handled by DHL or UPS with delivery taking 4 to 6 days after dispatch from Kathmandu. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times and as well sometimes countries listed in B2. While transit delays are beyond our control, we closely monitor shipments, coordinate with carriers, and provide updates as needed.
Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed directly from the factory to ensure freshness and avoid outdated or improperly stored items. We aim to minimize dispatch times because we value your time. Please place your orders early to avoid potential delays.
Please Note:
If your delivery is going to your home address, make sure someone is available to receive it. If that’s not possible, consider using an alternative address, like your workplace, for delivery. Keep in mind that shipping companies do not accept Post Box addresses, and they also won’t deliver on weekends or public holidays.
DHL, UPS, or FedEx will try to deliver your package up to three times before sending it back to us. Make sure to provide the full and accurate shipping address, including the zip code, along with your mobile number so the courier can reach you if needed. This helps ensure your order arrives quickly and without issues. We do not accept any responsibility if the item is returned. Buyers will be responsible for all return and re-shipping costs. Additionally, the fee for updating the address depends on the courier’s policies and must be paid.
