Return Policy:

If customers receive flawed products, they can return them for a full refund within 15 days of receiving their order. They need to inform us right away and provide photos of the damaged items to info@pashminasnepal.com. The products must be returned in brand-new condition with their original packaging, including the Chyangra Pashmina tag. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method with covering any shipping charges paid. And don’t worry; if you are willing to exchange it, we’ll also take care of the reshipping. Items on sale or custom-made products may not be eligible for return.

Replace Policy:

Our priority is to provide a full refund once we receive the returned goods. If the only issue is with the Cashmere products we sent, we’re happy to offer a replacement with free shipping and include return labels.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanging for other Cashmere products (excluding blankets) is allowed, even if the items are in perfect condition. However, customers are responsible for covering the cost of a return label and re-shipping fees (from Nepal to your address) for the exchange, or you have the option to exchange with your next order.

Returning goods to our listed addresses via the post office with registered mail is the most cost-effective and reliable option compared to DHL or UPS. Please note that refunds or replacements will not be processed unless the returned goods are received at our address.
