Accessing the Site:

Access to this site is provided temporarily, and we reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove content at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Pashminas Nepal reserves the right to refuse orders if product information has been published in error. We are not responsible if the site is unavailable for any reason at any time.

At times, we may need to restrict access to certain parts of the site or the entire site to registered users.

If you are assigned or choose a user identification code, password, or other security information, you must keep this information confidential and not share it with anyone reserve the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether assigned by us or chosen by you, if we believe you have violated these terms of use.

You are responsible for ensuring all necessary arrangements for site access are made. You must also ensure that anyone accessing the site through your internet connection is aware of and follows these terms.

Terms of Payment:

For non-commercial orders, we accept online payments via all major credit or debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, as well as PayPal balance.

We also accept online wire transfers through the bank. Orders using this payment method will only be processed once the transfer is confirmed by us.

All prices are listed in US Dollars.

For commercial orders, payments can only be made through bank transfer. Due to the export regulations of Nepal government, we cannot ship orders without receiving full payment in advance. An Advance Payment Certificate (APC) must be submitted to the customs department when shipping goods. The APC is issued by the bank only after payment has been received in our company’s account. The buyers must cover all bank fees outside Nepal.

Delivery Time Frame:

With nearly 350 shades available, we offer the perfect color of your choice, ensuring our valued customers’ satisfaction.

For non-commercial orders, such as small quantities for gifts or personal use, items are dispatched from Nepal within 4 to 6 working days after payment confirmation. This is handled by trusted services like DHL, UPS, or FedEx, providing door-to-door delivery within 4 to 6 days.

For commercial orders, items are shipped from Nepal depending on the order volume and season, typically within 3 to 6 weeks after payment confirmation via bank transfer. Shipping can be arranged through Air Cargo, courier services, or any customer-preferred method that balances convenience and cost-effectiveness for the destination. Customers are informed in advance about the shipping costs and the total gross weight of the shipment.

Import Duty and Taxes:

We don’t charge sales tax to our customers, but international orders may be subject to customs duties or other taxes based on the policies of your country. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond Pashminas Nepal’s control, and we cannot take responsibility for them.

Tolerance of Color, Weight, and Size:

There may be slight color differences due to the challenges of accurately reproducing colors online. Most PCs display colors darker, while most Macs show them lighter.

Adjust your computer’s brightness to find the right tone. Some colors may appear black but are actually dark blue, such as 54D, 54DD, or 90D. For some colors on our website, we can’t guarantee the dye will match exactly what you see on your screen. If you’re unsure, please contact us about the color or place a Sample Order with one or two products to receive our Free Thread Sample Kit after making a real order. We cannot take responsibility for screen color differences compared to our Thread Sample Kit.

Once you have the Thread Sample Kit, you can choose color shades from the color chart. Note that color samples in the chart are made from 100% Viscose thread. This can make some colors appear shinier or brighter, but Cashmere products don’t usually have this level of shine. Products are dyed with 100% Pure Cashmere Yarn, Silk blends, or different Plys.

This may also cause slight color shade variations, but we’ve done our best to represent the colors as accurately as possible. Since our products are individually dyed, you should allow up to a 10% variance in color shades, ±5% in weight and size, and less than 3% variance because our products are entirely hand-worked and traditionally hand-woven

Return & Replace Policy:

Customers can return their products for a full refund if they receive flawed items, provided they notify us immediately and send photos of the damaged product to info@pashminasnepal.com within 15 days of receiving their order. Returns must be in brand-new condition and include the original packaging with the Chyangra Pashmina Label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method with covering any shipping charges paid. And don’t worry; if you are willing to exchange it, we’ll also take care of the reshipping. Items on sale or custom-made products may not be eligible for return.

Exchange Policy:

It is acceptable to exchange with other Cashmere products (Except Blankets), even if Cashmere items are flawless, but in this case, customers have all the responsibility to pay for both the return label and reshipping charges (which cost from Nepal) for exchange, or you can exchange in your next order.

Out of Stock:

Once you place your order, we have the right to reserve to cancel those products in your order if we do not have them in stock with us or for any reason. But we always inform you through email as soon as possible if we are out of stock or any reason behind the cancellation. So, in this case, either we can refund you, or you may choose other items for the replacement. We will suggest it.
