Order Processing:

Non-commercial orders, such as gifts or personal use, will take 4-5 working days to complete, starting on the day after your payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a courier link.

The base shipping charge is US$25 for A1 selected countries and US$45 for the rest of the countries (B2), covering all orders, regardless of size. 

Free Shipping:

Free shipping for A1 is available when valued customers make a total purchase over US$149, while free shipping for B2 applies when they place a total purchase order over US$298.

Non-availability on Delivery:

If your delivery is going to your home address, make sure someone is available to receive it. If that’s not possible, consider using an alternative address, like your workplace, for delivery. Keep in mind that shipping companies do not accept Post Box addresses, and they also won’t deliver on weekends or public holidays.

DHL or UPS will try to deliver your package up to three times before sending it back to us. Make sure to provide the full and accurate shipping address, including the zip code, along with your mobile number so the courier can reach you if needed. This helps ensure your order arrives quickly and without issues. We do not accept any responsibility if the item is returned. Buyers will be responsible for all return and re-shipping costs. Additionally, the fee for updating the address depends on the courier’s policies and must be paid.
