Information for Wholesale Orders:

We’re happy to take on wholesale and bulk orders for retailers, boutiques, and distributors worldwide, offering competitive prices, dependable quality, and timely delivery. Our styles range from Plain, Shaded, Check, and Jacquard to Printed, Digital Print, Screen Print, Spray Dyed, Felted, IKAT, and many more.

We produce a wide selection of woven and knitted items, from mufflers, shawls, and blankets to ponchos, sweaters, caps, and socks, crafted with a variety of yarns. These include 100% Cashmere, blends like 70% Cashmere & 30% Wool, 60% Cashmere & 40% Silk, 50% Cashmere & 50% Wool, as well as 100% Merino Wool, 100% Ultra Fine Wool, 100% Yak, 100% Cotton, 100% Silk, and 100% Linen.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

Minimum 30 pieces per design and size, except for Blankets, and at least 3 pieces per color for plain scarves. However, terms and conditions apply when there are non-plain scarves. We can discuss later based on your custom design and our flexibility.

Order Pricing & Discounts: 

We offer special wholesale pricing depending on the order volume. Our quoted rates will be in FOB (Free on Board) Kathmandu, Nepal, in US dollars, and as always, insurance is included.

Customization & Private Labeling: 

We provide a range of customization options, from colors and designs to sizes and private labeling, for qualifying wholesale orders. That means OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services are available. Clients need to provide their own private labels or pay extra if they want them from Nepal.

Production & Processing Time: 

Production timelines can vary based on order size and customization. We’ll share an estimated timeframe before or after confirming your order, depending on our workload. Dispatch usually happens within 4 to 6 weeks, but in cases like yarn shortages, it could take a bit longer.

Shipping, Delivery & Insurance: 

We offer worldwide shipping, with costs and delivery times based on the destination and the order’s volume weight. Shipments can be arranged via Air Cargo, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or any method the customer prefers, balancing convenience and cost. Customers will know the shipping costs and total shipment weight in advance, and insurance is always included.

Returns & Claims:

Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable, but claims are accepted only for manufacturing defects and incorrect items shipped. Claims must usually be reported within 10 days of delivery.

Payment Terms: 

For wholesale orders, advance payment is usually required—either the full amount or 60% upfront, with the remaining 40% due before dispatch from Nepal. Payments must be made via official bank transfer. As per Nepal’s export regulations, we can’t ship any orders without receiving the full payment in advance. An APC (Advance Payment Certificate) must be provided to the customs department when shipping, and it’s issued by the bank only after the payment is received in our company account. Buyers are responsible for covering all bank fees outside Nepal.
